Who processes your data

The data controller is the Flexi Gold salon, Petržalka, Lietavská ul., 851 01 Bratislava. For any questions about personal data, you can reach us on +421 947 190 943 or +421 940 727 201.

What data and why

We only receive data from you when you write to us or call us yourself to arrange an appointment. This includes:

• the name or form of address you give us — so that we know who we are talking to,
• your phone number — to confirm the appointment or let you know about a change,
• the content of the message you send us.

We use the data solely to arrange and confirm your appointment. We do not keep a client database for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we never sell or pass on your data to anyone. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us yourself to request an appointment (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and for the purpose of preparing and providing the agreed service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details relating to agreed appointments for no longer than six months from our last communication, after which we delete them. If you ask us to, we will delete them immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Simply call or message either of the numbers above and we will sort it out straight away.

If you feel that we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava — dataprotection.gov.sk.
